Junky Rooms:  A Purchasing Alternative.

Almost everyone seems to collect some kind of junk. It may be in an attic, a spare room, the cellar, or even a closet.  So, What we do is clean out the room or rooms, put the items we think can sell on this website and try to make a little profit. The American Way. We call it “Junk” because to some people it actually is junk but to someone else it may not be thought of as junk at all but a hidden treasure that they have been in search of for, a long long time. It may be old, it may be new, or it may just be unique. It may belong to us or it may belong to some other person. Our goal is to make that unknown treasure hunter the purchase of his lifetime.  or perhaps maybe someone who just likes the look of this unusual piece of junk.  

Yard Sales, Flea Markets, Newspaper ads are more popular than ever, which is not a good thing, because it has become more difficult to get a fair price for an item. Everyone wants something for nothing and they can get it because the sellers are so desperate to sell their items for cash. This site was created for the purpose of providing another avenue to make money without having to spend extra money on fees. Why wait for someone to come to you and then try to bargain down your selling price. List-Sell-Profit. That’s Generally It.

We try to list the items at a fair price. True if we are listing an item of another person they may think their price is realistic. However, a potential buyer may think it is unrealistic. The price listed is the only price.  No quibbling, no bidding, no bargaining, As long as it works and is presentable the price listed is the only price. While shipping is extra unless otherwise stated.  Yes, It may not even sell. If It doesn’t then we may have to take if off the site altogether, relist it at a lower price, or give up on it altogether. If it is our item we will decide and if it belongs to another person they will decide. Our goal is to sell our junk or the junk of some other person at a fair price. It’s Not Really That Complicated.
